  • Shipping Instructions-Please give us your complete street address. We cannot ship some items to a PO Box.

    Payment-We consider an order firm on receipt of full payment.

    Credit Cards-You can place an order online or on the telephone or by mail using PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. We charge your credit card at the time you place your order.

    Checks-Bank checks only please. You are welcome to send a personal check but we may have to wait 15 days for your check to clear our bank. Make checks out to: Lark In The Morning. $40 service charge on all returned checks.

    Sales Tax-California orders add 7.625%

    Minimum Order-None

    Orders Shipped Complete-If an order has multiple items and some items are out of stock we wait until all your items are available to ship your order complete.

    Shipping Partial Orders-If you want partial shipments we have to charge additional shipping for the backordered items.

    Trial Period-We offer a 3 day (from when you receive the goods) trial period on most items. We consider an item sold if we are not notified by telephone (707) 964-5569 within 3 days of delivery of goods (no exceptions). This policy does not apply to Special Order items.

    Special Order Items-Any item marked or that is specially ordered for you is a Special Order item and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Shipping- We try to ship US Mail, UPS or FEDEX whenever possible. We insure all shipments. The customer pays ALL shipping, packing and handling charges.

    Shipping Damage- We inspect all items before sending them out. All of our shipments are insured against damage. If your shipment shows any sign of damage, save all packing materials and start by contacting us at (707) 964-5569 within 3 days of delivery to file a damage claim. Save the carton and all packing material. We cannot take back or replace damaged items until the claims process is complete.

    International Shipping- For orders outside of the continental US call for charges. The customer pays ALL shipping, duty, packing and handling charges. If someone orders from outside of the 48 states without contacting us for shipping charges in advance we will ship by First Class Mail if what they have paid will cover the charges.

    Returns-To return an item you must call, write or email for a Return Authorization within your 3 day trial period. Any item returned to us without our authorization will be refused or returned to the sender COD for shipping charges. Any item returned should be properly packed, insured and shipped prepaid. We accept no COD shipments. We do not give refunds or exchange books, harmonicas, drum heads & skins, musical instrument strings, reeds, CDs, DVDs, video or audio tapes, kits or Special Order items. All returned items must be in new condition. Once a Return Authorization number has been issued, the items must be sent within one week of the issue date or the return will be automatically canceled and the merchandise will no longer be returnable.

    Refunds-We are happy to grant refunds within our 3 day trial period. We do not grant refunds for orders that are cancelled or special orders. If an order is cancelled, there is a 25% cancellation fee. Many of the things we sell are made in small workshops one at a time. Our policy insures all orders are serious orders. We do not give refunds or exchange books, harmonicas, drum heads & skins, musical instrument strings, reeds, CDs, DVDs, video or audio tapes, kits. Shipping, packing and handling charges are not refundable.

    Foreign Customers-All shipping charges to be determined individually. Payment for foreign customers will be accepted in U.S. dollars only via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, International Money Order or Western Union (add $10 service charge for Western Union and make out to Allen Zekley).

    Visiting-We are mail order only.

    Ordering Multiple Items If you are buying multiple items
    we may be able to combine them and save you shipping.

    Just fill out the request form letting us know the stock numbers of what you want and your shipping address, telephone number and email.
    The buttons on our pages charge for shipping for each item so if you are buying multiple items call us at (707) 964-5569 or use our request form.
